5 Bedroom Tuscan Dream Villa..

Our beautiful five bedroom villa is situated within the prestigious gated community of Tuscan Hills.

Our large five bedroom, three and a half bathroom villa has just over 2,100 sq ft of floor space and is the perfect base from which to explore Orlando’s many attractions and will provide you with a luxurious and peaceful haven in which to relax and enjoy Florida’s wonderful sunshine.

The villa has a large open plan Living room. It contains two large luxurious sofas (one of which can easily be pulled out and converted into a Queen sized bed) and a comfortable armchair, allowing the whole family to sit down together at the end of an action packed day. French Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out and lots of natural light in. There is also a ceiling fan to ensure that the room stays cool as you relax.

To help keep everyone entertained there is a large screen Television with cable TV and a DVD player.

If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book.

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker, microwave, American style fridge/freezer/ice machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. The only thing you need to provide is the food!

There is seating for three at the large breakfast counter and a telephone from which all local calls are free and all other calls can be paid for using telephone cards (sold in most large retail outlets). The telephone also has a data socket giving you FREE high speed Internet access should you have your laptop.

Laundry Area

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry cupboard which can be found upstairs.

To add to your further enjoyment (should you have any spare time!!) we have converted our garage into a fun Games Room. The room features an air hockey table, foosball table, a basketball hoop and a darts board.

Additionally, the clubhouse at Tuscan Hills also features a Games room with a pool table, air hockey table and table football. There is also a fully equipped gym complete with a running machine, cross trainer, exercise bike and multi-gym, and outside the clubhouse is a tennis court, sand volleyball court and a children's play area. All these amenities are available for you to use at no extra cost.

The villa contains five large tastefully furnished bedrooms and a queen sized sofa bed in the Living room, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably.

All five bedrooms have their own television with cable TV. Two of the bedrooms are master suites, one is a full size double bedroom, and two are twin bedrooms.

Master Suite 1

The first Master Suite is located down stairs at the front of the villa. It has a fantastic King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with jetted tub/bath, huge walk-in Shower, toilet, basin and a large vanity mirror. The bedroom also features a cooling ceiling fan, whilst storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet.

Additionally the master bedroom has access via patio doors out onto a small private patio area.

The remaining four bedrooms are all found upstairs.

Master Suite 2

The second Master Suite is at the front of the villa and has a King sized bed and a en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk in shower unit. As with the first Master Suite, there is a large walk-in closet.

Bedroom three

Bedrooms three is a good sized room and has a queen sized double bed. Ample storage space is provided by a large built-in closet and drawers.

Bedroom four and five

Bedrooms four and five each contain two single beds and are located upstairs next to each other. They both have a built-in closet and drawers which proves plenty of storage space. Located conveniently in the same hallway is the villas family bathroom which includes a bath / shower unit.

If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Living Room. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a constant cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

The villa has its own luxurious south facing 26 foot x 13 foot private Swimming ">pool and spa. The pool is surrounded by a large extended patio that includes a covered Lanai with ceiling fan should you prefer to sit in the shade. It is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan.

The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrow's adventures! If you find the Pool or Spa is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended from October to March).

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and the wildlife out, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in.

For peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa, the pool has a safety fence which can easily be put in place or taken down in just a couple of minutes.
