Welcome to our two beautiful villas which are located in the prestigious gated community of Tuscan Hills. Tuscan Hills is ideally located on the US 27, only 10 minutes from Walt Disney World and under 30 minutes from most of the world famous family attractions which Orlando is known for.

You will be within minutes of all the essential amenities including a bank, petrol station, Publix supermarket, Super Wal-Mart, and a variety of shops, diners, bars and restaurants. There are several quality golf courses just minutes away by car which cater for every level of golfer including Southern Dunes, Ridgewood Lakes and Champions Gate, plus over 20 more within a 20 mile radius.

The community has its own manned 2,700 sq ft Mediterranean style clubhouse which offers many facilities ranging from a stunning lounge area overlooking the palm garden to a fully equipped games room and gym, all available for you and your families use at no extra cost. Our second property is a beautiful two storey 5 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa located in a small cul-de-sac. It is superbly furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two families to share, being able to accommodate up to 10 - 12 adults. The villa features two master suites, two twin bedrooms, a good sized double bedroom, a large south facing pool area with raised spa and overhead jets, a large family seating area, a dining area overlooking the swimming pool deck, a fully equipped kitchen, sofa bed, FREE Broadband Internet access (PC not supplied), air conditioning and heating through-out, cable television in every bedroom and a games room complete with air hockey, foosball table, darts board and basketball net.
